By using BorderGarita.com and the BorderGarita app ("Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Using the Services
BorderGarita publishes wait times, maps, community reports, and live chat for border crossings. Information is for reference only and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from real conditions at the port of entry. You are responsible for your trip and for following the laws of each country.
3. Accounts and community content
If you create an account, you are responsible for access to it and for what you post (reports, photos, messages, live tracks). Do not post illegal, deliberately false, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Intellectual property
The site, app, trademarks, and designs of BorderGarita belong to their owners. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the Services.
5. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of wait times, routes, or user reports. To the extent allowed by law, BorderGarita is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Services means you accept the version published on this page.
